Dreams Riviera Cancun is an all-inclusive, family-friendly resort and we're excited to have your little ones join us!
This resort does require a three-night minimum for all guests, so we kindly ask for your arrival on Thursday February 26th at the latest. However, you're more than welcome to arrive earlier and/or stay longer if you'd like!
In order for us to get a complete guest count AND to ensure a safe reservation, please use this website to book your room accommodations (do not use other travel websites like Expedia, etc., as these may be untrusted third party organizations).
Modifications to reservations such as upgrading to preferred club, changing room type, dates, etc. can only be made through this website by logging into your dashboard. You will not be able to contact the resort regarding this. If you have any questions or concerns during booking, please contact the Destify customer support team (contact info is below) and they will be happy to assist you!
You can submit payments towards your reservation at any time by logging into your dashboard!
This resort offers a variety of excursions for you to indulge in at your leisure! Excursions can be booked in person at the resort or feel free to visit the Hyatt website for more information at www.hyattinclusivecollection.com
You can download the Hyatt Inclusive Collections app to learn more about what the resort has to offer! It contains important information such as restaurant menus, dress codes, entertainment, room service, and much more!
TRAVEL
DON'T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT!
Transportation to/from the Cancun airport (CUN) is arranged when you book through Destify! Upon booking your room reservation, you must confirm this at check-out by selecting either the shared or private shuttle. The shuttle is ran by a third-party company and all guests will receive an email confirmation regarding pick-up location/times as the date approaches. Guests will be prompted to enter their flight details to complete this coordination.
-SHARED: priced per person and may include multiple stops at other resorts along the way - $49/person
-PRIVATE: priced per vehicle, includes up to 6 passengers, provides direct transportation between airport & resort without stops. guests must be on the same arrival & departure flights - $187 total for 6 guests ($32/person)
If you are not booking your accommodations through Destify directly, you will need to coordinate your own transportation to/from the resort. Amstar shuttles are offered on the Hyatt's direct website for a fee of $52/person (this should be prompted at check-out)
Guests have the flexibility to either book their own flights directly through their preferred airline or online travel platform, OR they can choose to contact a travel agent who can assist with the entire booking process. The travel agent can help with finding the best flights, managing delays/cancellations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. We've been in contact with Fox World Travel and they are willing to assist any guests with this booking process for an additional international traveling fee of $75/person. PRICE MATCHING
If you are a Hyatt Member - Destify is now honoring these lower member rates! If you already have an existing reservation booked, don't worry, because as a one-time exception, Destify will still price match even though it's out of the 24-hour window! Please email guestservices@destify.com so they can honor your Hyatt membership rate! Please note, Destify is unable to use your Hyatt points to book.
Follow these step-by-step instructions for price matching with Destify:
1. On our website (kruppsincancun.destify.com), use the "Book Now" button to make your reservation & submit the deposit
2. If you are not already a Hyatt member, sign up for free by going to their website https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/member/enroll
3. Once you join, you will be directed to a page that says Welcome to World of Hyatt and your membership ID will be displayed. STAY ON THIS PAGE! You can then either choose the Find Hotels button underneath your membership number OR select Explore on the top of the page and search for our resort - Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa
4. Select the SAME arriving/departing dates, SAME number of guests, and SAME room type that you booked on Destify. When making your room selection, a few different rate options will appear, you are going to select the Membership Rate (do not select advanced purchase offer membership, as this is non-refundable & ineligible for price matching)
5. Proceed with the checkout process until you are give a TOTAL amount (but do not actually book this)
6. Screenshot or take a picture of the total you are given
7. Email Destify to submit your price match request at guestservices@destify.com - see example email below
SUBJECT: Price Match Request
Hello! I would like to submit a price match request for my existing reservation. The full name on my reservation is _____ and I am a guest of the Peterson/Krupp Wedding. Please see the attached screenshot that reflects a lower membership rate found on Hyatt's website. Thank You!
8. Destify will send you an email confirmation once your request is completed and your total package price will be updated on your dashboard upon logging in
